Tá páirtí úr bunaithe ag an dílseoir Willie Frazer, ‘The Protestant Coalition’ is ainm dó.

The Protestant Coalition is a political party that exists to protect and secure Ulster’s British heritage and identity and to represent the Protestant, Unionist and Loyalist people.

Cé go bhfuil an-chosúlacht idir ráitis an pháirtí agus gnáth-ráitis Willie Frazer, is é James Dowson ceannaire an páirtí.

Tá seisean saor ar bannaí faoi láthair mar gheall ar agóidí a bhain le stádas Bhrat na Breataine ar Halla na Cathrach i mBéal Feirste. D’oibrigh sé don British National Party tráth.

Go han-aisteach ar fad, is páirtí ‘frith-polaitiúil’ é an páirtí nua seo

“The Protestant Coalition is an anti-politics, political party!

“Sounds strange, but it is what we need right now to put the PUL people first above party political considerations, ambition and weakness.

“The only thing our politicians fear is losing their power, influence and fat salaries, that’s it, and no amount of parading, rallies, mayhem or violence worries them one bit.

“Power and the threat of losing it is the one thing they all truly fear.

“This political party is only constituted for a three year period, we have no political ambitions, in fact we despise the whole rotten system but the reality that over 50% of Protestants DO NOT VOTE, must be addressed.

“Most want to vote but have no one to vote for and thus the whole old rotten farce of the DUP/UUP rolls on as our people are humiliated, bullied, jailed and intimidated by the Republican political machine with impunity.”

Mar sin féin, tá meas éigin do pholaiteoirí náisiúnacha / poblachtánach léirithe ag an pháirtí úr.

“We believe that the Catholic/Nationalist community possesses very good and capable political representation while we, the Protestant people, have been poorly served by our political representatives and therefore the welfare of our people is of paramount importance to us at this time.”

Níl amhras ar bith ann áfach – is do Phrotastúnaigh amháin an páirtí nua seo.

“We make no apology when we say, we put our people first, every time, just the same as the Nationalist parties do with their people, every time,” a deir siad.

Ní dócha go bhfuil mórán spéise acu i dtodhchaí roinnte ach an oiread.

“Ulster is British, period, no discussion.”

Tá seasamh an-aisteach ar fad ag an pháirtí úr i leith na meáin.

“We rigorously enforce a “one strike and out” policy with regard to journalists – if any journalists resorts to lies, distortions and unfounded allegations, we never deal with that individual again.

“With the Protestant Coalition, “reasonable” coverage from journalists can lead to advance notice of campaign actions, events and exclusive access.”

UASDÁTÚ : Theip ar iarrachtaí ‘An Tuairisceoir’ chun teagmháil a dhéanamh leis an bpáirtí úr ach tuigtear dúinn, ní nach ionadh, go bhfuil béim an-láidir acu ar an Ghaeilge agus ar iarrachtaí chun í a choinneáil faoi chois.
